With a coach, you have a partner who understands you, keeps you motivated, and helps you overcome obstacles—taking your running to the next level.
Basic Coaching
Cost $165.00 (+HST) / Month
Premium Coaching
Cost $190.00 (+HST) / Month
One-on-one coaching is for runners looking for dedicated, hands-on guidance and support. This program gives you direct access to me as your coach, and we will work together to achieve your goals, adapt to challenges, and keep you motivated every step of the way.
This is perfect for runners who:
- Want structured, ongoing support with direct feedback from a coach.
- Have specific race goals, from 5Ks to ultras, or need help managing challenges that get in the way of training.
- Value having a coach in their corner for accountability, motivation, and expertise.
For those who feel they’d benefit from more face time with their coach, I offer a Premium Package. This is the Basic Package plus enhanced communication: a 60-minute 1:1 video call each month.

Coaching is a Two-Way Street
Those who train consistently, reflect on their training, and provide written feedback to the coaches are more likely to reach their goals.
If there is non-compliance with the training program that has not been communicated to the coach, we reserve the right to discontinue the coaching services. This is to ensure that the time of both parties, as well as other group coaching members, is respected.
Personalized Training Plans are for runners who prefer an independent approach but still want a customized program built just for them. You’ll receive a detailed plan designed around your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level—so you can train smart and see results.
Great for runners who:
- Want a clear, goal-oriented training program to follow on their own.
- Are preparing for a specific race (from marathons to trail ultras) and need a structured plan.
- Don’t need ongoing coaching but want expert advice to get started.

- Does not include ongoing communication, feedback, or regular adjustments. If needed, please consider one-on-one coaching.
- Adjustments and communications outside the scope will be done at an additional fee.

Group Training & Clinics
I also offer group training clinics (in person and virtually) through the Russell Run Club, preparing runners for some of their local events, including the St. Lawrence Marathon, Ottawa Race Weekend, Canada Army Run, and a fall Marathon (Petit Train du Nord or Fall Colours Run). With structured training plans, a supportive community, and guidance rooted in experience, you’ll build confidence, endurance, and lasting friendships.
Youth Run Club / Run Jump Throw
I also offer programs through the Russell Run Club for young athletes, including the Youth Run Club and Run Jump Throw. These programs are designed to introduce kids to the joys of running and physical activity in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment. With a focus on building confidence, developing fundamental movement skills, and fostering a love for an active lifestyle, we create opportunities for kids to learn, grow, and enjoy being part of a team.
