Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via email transfer or cash.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • One-Time Payments: Full payment for coaching services must be completed before the coaching program begins.
    • Recurring Payments: For ongoing coaching, invoices will be sent before the beginning of the month and are due on the first day of the billing training cycle.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in CAD.
  • Late Payments: If a payment is not received, access to coaching services may be paused until payment is resolved.
  • General Refunds: Refunds are available only if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date, and no coaching sessions or program content have been delivered.
  • Partial Refunds: Refunds will not be prorated.
  • Digital Content: Fees for digital plans, downloadable resources, or pre-recorded content are non-refundable once accessed.
  • No Refunds for No-Shows: Coaching sessions or meetings missed without at least 48 hours’ prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellation:
    • You may cancel or reschedule a coaching session by providing at least 48 hours notice.
    • Sessions cancelled within less than 48 hours will be marked as “completed” and are not eligible for rescheduling.
  • Coach Cancellation: If I need to cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
  • Subscription Cancellation: Clients on recurring payment plans may cancel their subscription anytime. Cancellation will stop future payments, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing period or within 14 days of the start of the current billing period..

Program Commitment

Consistency and commitment are essential to achieving the best results from online coaching.

No refunds will be provided for lack of participation or incomplete use of services.
