I’ve lived it: from a competitive ultrarunner with a few wins and records to simply being grateful for the chance to head out on an adventure to give back to the running community that has given me so much.
My goal is to get you to the start physically and mentally strong, ready to push hard but also able to enjoy the journey. Together, we’ll train smart, work when it’s time to work, and embrace the moments of fun and freedom that running brings.
Running should never consume your life—it should be a part that brings balance, purpose, and joy. I’ll guide you with experience, passion, and a commitment to helping you become the best version of yourself—on and off the road.
About Me
I’m a competitive ultrarunner turned coach with years of experience in everything from setting records to overcoming the challenges of aging, life changes, and burnout. I’ve been there—pushing myself to the limit in races and facing the realities of what life throws at us.
Through all this, I’ve learned that running is more than just chasing times and podiums. It’s about growth, resilience, and connecting with yourself and others. As a coach, I bring my personal experiences and deep passion for learning to help you train smart, stay mentally strong, and enjoy the journey. I’m here to guide you through the ups and downs, share the lessons I’ve learned, and build a supportive community where you can thrive and create unforgettable experiences.

With a coach by your side, you’ll stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and reach new heights in your running journey.
One-on-One Coaching
Take your running to the next level with hands-on, personalized coaching. Together, we’ll craft a training plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and individual challenges—whether you’re chasing a PR, tackling your first ultra, or seeking structured support. With weekly check-ins, ongoing plan adjustments, data analysis, and unlimited communication, you’ll have expert guidance every step of the way.
Personalized Training Plans
For runners who prefer to train independently but want a structured, goal-oriented plan, Personalized Training Plans provide a clear path to success. Designed around your race, adventure, or running goals, these expert-built plans include 8-20 weeks of detailed programming, strength, recovery and nutrition guidelines. You will have one follow-up adjustment to keep you on track and confident throughout your training.
Group Training/Clinics
Join group training through the Russell Run Club, with structured plans and supportive clinics for events like the St. Lawrence Marathon, Ottawa Race Weekend, Army Run, Petit Train d'Nord and more. Build endurance, confidence, and lasting friendships.
