About Me
I’m a competitive ultrarunner turned coach. I’ve lived the full spectrum of the running journey—from setting records and winning races to navigating the challenges of aging, life changes, and the inevitable ups and downs that impact our running. I know firsthand how life can throw obstacles in your path, but I’ve also learned that these challenges are opportunities to grow, adapt, and forge deeper connections with yourself and others.
Through it all, I’ve come to appreciate the transformative power of community. For me, it’s been a lifeline of support, encouragement, and friendship—essential for my running and overall well-being. Running doesn’t have to be a solo endeavour. I’m here to guide you with an approach that blends physical training, mental resilience, and the strength of a connected, supportive community.
My Philosophy
Running is about far more than chasing records or hitting finish times—it’s about embracing the highs and lows, finding balance, and growing through every step of the journey. Having faced burnout, aging, and life’s curveballs, I’ve learned that success comes from knowing when to push and when to slow down and appreciate the process.
My goal is to get you to the start line physically prepared and mentally strong—ready for whatever challenges lie ahead. Together, we’ll focus on training smart, rediscovering joy in the journey, and building a mindset of resilience that extends beyond running. Running should complement your life, not define it—helping you grow, thrive, and create incredible stories to share.
