Welcome to Week 1
This week is all about starting (or restarting) your running journey. Our goal is to give you all the tools needed to succeed. And success will come in different forms for all of you. It could mean running continuously for 30 minutes or 5 km, becoming consistent in your training and fitness, or just finding a new community to join. Every achievement matters and deserves to be celebrated.
This week we start with a short run using one-minute run/one-minute walk intervals. Today starting at approximately 5 reps. As the days progress this week and next, we’ll do more. Getting 30 minutes of movement by the end of Week 2.

Everyone is different in their fitness and personal lives. You will notice that some progress quicker through the plan, while others need a bit more time. After the first day or so we will make recommendations for adjustments.
Circling back, the topic for this week is Guidelines for Success. We provide a few recommendations to ensure you progress safely, avoid injuries, and maintain a positive mindset.
